The traditional "Kanzu" is a white or cream traditional men's garment used by the African

Muslim living in the coastal regions of Kenya and also as the national garb for the Tanzania Men.

The "Kanga and Gomesi" are colorful printed traditional long dresses worn by African women
living in East Africa. While women living in the northern part of Africa would have their
traditional "Habesha Kemis" that is more toned down to white, gray and beige colors.

into casual fashion or more on the “westernized African” way of dressing up.
