Li Ning

Li Ning, also known as the Prince of Gymnastics in China, a gold and silver medalist in the 1984 Olympics, was born in China and at the age of eight years old started his gymnastics career.Photo Credit

After the 1988 Olympics that was held in South Korea, Li Ning retired from active competition, had a stint as coach and eventually founded his business venture - Li Ning Sports products selling his brand of athletic sports products that did very well in China.

Among Li Ning’s early business success was with the Badminton shoes and Badminton racket. Badminton, as a competitive sport that is popular not only in China but all over the sporting world.

Li Ning has proved that anything is possible after his success as a gymnast. The company is active as an endorser of sports team and events in China.

After conquering the Badminton sporting goods arena, Basketball sport was a logical next move that is equally popular in China. Given the towering height of its local national players, another business success in the field of Basketball is in the making.
